The tale of doekthar; lord of pain tm, is a futuristic sci-fi adventure spanning across the galaxy as humanity is confronted with its greatest threat. the story has action, intrigue, and attempts at humor, all while dealing with some of the fundamental questions we all must consider. this comic does contain mild and suggested use of language (#@*%!), gore, and lots of violence, which may not be suitable for all ages.
what started as a bad joke among a few nerds has grown and sputtered over the years into the frenzied attempt of a comic you see today. Multiple factors have lead to the decision to create and release this story, ranging from the desire to create something that can be shared and enjoyed by others, to a crazed delusional hope of this project somehow allowing me to meet jim lee. overall, the story is here to provide material that engages the imagination and gets the reader to think.
